We have identified that the issue is related to either the CPU, RAM or motherboard of the server. We managed to migrate most of the game servers to a reserve machine but unfortunately some transfers were not able to finish before the system became too unstable to continue transferring.
If you are one of the customers who is not able to access their server, please open a ticket at https://wisehosting.com/supporttickets.php for further assistance.

We are fairly certain now that the issue is hardware related but pinning down the exact issue takes time. We have decided to move all servers on the faulty node onto a stable one and decommission the faulty one until all issues have been fixed.

Our monitoring shows that AU07 has instabilities which seem to be hardware related, causing it to randomly reboot at times. We are in touch with our service provider in Australia to have them run hardware diagnosis on the server to figure out the issue.
If you would like to have your server moved to a different machine in Australia, please let us know at https://wisehosting.com/supporttickets.php
